1. I registered, why can't I log in?
   Before you can log in you must activate your account. When you register an email is sent to the e-mail address that you registered with. It may take up to 10 minutes for you to get the email depending upon how busy the server is. Follow the directions contained in that email, then you can activate your account.



2. I activated my account but I can not log in.
   Please make sure that your browser accepts cookies. I use Internet Explorer 5.5 and it has no problem with the cookies as long as you let it accept them.



3. I know I'm entering the correct user name and password, but it keeps telling me they are incorrect.
   Please make sure that you enter your user name and password EXACTLY the same way as when you registered.



4. I got the email with the conformation number, but I don't know where to put the number.
   Go here and enter your number.
